Blackened Cajun Crab Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Merman’s Revenge® Cajun Hot Sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Merman’s Revenge® Blackened Seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb lump crab meat (drained if necessary)
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or veggies for serving

Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the lemon juice, Cajun Hot Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and blackening seasoning
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and green onions.
Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe dish or small baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.
