At Merman’s Revenge, we believe seafood should be celebrated; often and effortlessly. Founded by Zack and Lauren Glenn, our story is steeped in the traditions of two coastal upbringings: Zack’s roots in Maryland, where crab feasts were a summer staple, and Lauren’s Southern heritage, where shrimp & grits were a weekly staple dish.
For both of us, seafood wasn’t just for special occasions, it was the occasion. Holiday gatherings, Sunday suppers, even weeknight quick dinners were anchored by the flavors of the sea. Over time, we saw a disconnect between this heritage and the broader food landscape: people love seafood, but many feel intimidated to cook it at home.
That’s the gap Merman’s Revenge fills. We craft bold, exciting, and deeply flavorful seafood condiments and sauces designed to demystify seafood prep. Our mission is simple: to make restaurant-quality seafood approachable, affordable, and an everyday experience for every home cook.
