Honey Habanero Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
1 tablespoon Merman’s Revenge® Honey Habanero Glaze

Preparation Instructions
Prep the Wings:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (this helps them get crispy).
In a large bowl, toss the wings in the Merman’s Revenge® Honey Habanero Glaze
Bake the Wings:
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack (this helps them crisp up).
Bake for about 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Toss the Wings in the Honey Habanero Glaze:
Once the wings are cooked and crispy, remove them from the oven.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with the Merman’s Revenge® Honey Habanero Glaze until they’re fully coated.
Serve:
Transfer the wings to a serving platter.
Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, green onions, or a squeeze of lime for added freshness.
Optional Sides:
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing to cool down the heat.
Celery and carrot sticks are a nice crunchy addition on the side.
