Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If pan-frying, skip this step.
Prepare the fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps the seasoning stick and the fish cook evenly.
Season the fish: Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle the Merman’s Revenge® Lemon Pepper Seasoning evenly on both sides of the fish.
Baking method:
Place the seasoned fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
Pan-frying method:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil or butter.
Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until golden brown and cooked through.
Lemon juice: Once the fish is done, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets for an extra burst of flavor.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
