Easy Baked Salmon

Simple, healthy, satisfying. Get your protein through fish!

This recipe is easy and straightforward, but we wanted to share it with you all anyway. There’s no reason to be intimidated to cook seafood at home, and this recipe is the proof!

1. Prepare your oven.

  • Preheat your oven to 400° F (205° C).

2. Season your salmon on both sides.

  • Put salmon in your baking dish, skin side up.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then rub it into the skin. Use just enough to cover the entire fillet. Season with Merman’s Revenge Salmon Seasoning and pat it in.

  • Flip salmon over and repeat the process: drizzle olive oil over this side of the salmon, then rub it in. Season with Merman’s Revenge Salmon Seasoning and pat it in.

3. Bake your salmon.

  • Optional: place lemon slices on top of your salmon before putting it in the oven.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes.

4. Enjoy!


Bonus Tips:

  • The thicker the cut, the longer you’ll need to bake it for.

  • Use a fork to cut into the salmon to ensure it’s cooked to your desired temperature. If you want it fully cooked, the inside color should match the outside color of the fish.
