Smoked Salmon and Crab Dip
If you love smoked salmon and crab, you’ll love this dip. This yummy, savory dip recipe is a crowd-pleaser that your whole family will enjoy. It also works great as a spread for crackers or bread!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
4 teaspoons Merman’s Revenge Cajun Style Seasoning
4 teaspoons of capers
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh chives
4 ounces cold smoked salmon finely chopped, divided
4 ounces imitation crab meat finely chopped, divided
Directions:
1. Begin whisking.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice until smooth.
Add dill, chives, half of the crab meat, and half the salmon and beat again slowly until combined.
2. Add in the final ingredients.
Fold in your remaining salmon and crab to preserve the bigger pieces.
Add your Merman’s Revenge Cajun Seasoning and capers and beat again slowly until combined.
3. Let it chill.
Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.

Serve with bagel chips, pita chips, thin wheat crackers, or butter crackers.
This dip can be made in advance. Prepare the dip and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
