Smoked Salmon and Crab Dip

If you love smoked salmon and crab, you’ll love this dip. This yummy, savory dip recipe is a crowd-pleaser that your whole family will enjoy. It also works great as a spread for crackers or bread!


Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 4 teaspoons Merman’s Revenge Cajun Style Seasoning

  • 4 teaspoons of capers

  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill

  • 2 tablespoons  of finely chopped fresh chives

  • 4 ounces cold smoked salmon finely chopped, divided

  • 4 ounces imitation crab meat finely chopped, divided


Directions:

1. Begin whisking.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice until smooth.

  • Add dill, chives, half of the crab meat, and half the salmon and beat again slowly until combined.

2. Add in the final ingredients.

3. Let it chill.

  • Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.

4. Enjoy!


Bonus Tips:

  • Serve with bagel chips, pita chips, thin wheat crackers, or butter crackers.

  • This dip can be made in advance. Prepare the dip and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
