The Perfect Salmon
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 Tablespoons of Merman’s Revenge® Salmon Seasoning
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preparation Instructions
Season the salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the Merman’s Revenge® Salmon Seasoning over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is coated. Cover or seal and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.Preheat the grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.Grill the salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 4-6 minutes per side. The skin should become crispy, and the salmon will easily release from the grill when it’s ready to flip. Grill until the salmon is just cooked through and has an internal temperature of 135°F (it will continue to cook off the heat).Rest and serve:
Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.Optional additions: Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad to complete the meal.
