ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on JUNE 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and ends on JUNE 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by providing their name, phone number, and email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries or entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.

WINNER SELECTION
ONE (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on Monday, JUNE 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM
Potential winners will be notified via text message, phone call, and email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize, is unable to claim the prize by the stated deadline, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for failed or incomplete notifications due to incorrect contact information or technical issues.

PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 Winner): Full Line Up of Merman’s Revenge Sauces, Seasonings and Fry Batter Mixes.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

TAXES & IRS REPORTING
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require completion of a W-9 form prior to awarding any prize and will issue tax documentation if required by law.

PRIZE CONDITION & RESPONSIBILITY
All prizes are awarded “as-is” without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law. Winners assume all responsibility and risk for transportation, handling, use of the prize and compliance with any applicable laws or safety requirements. Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from or related to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the process.

DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. All disputes shall be resolved individually in courts located in Missouri.

PRIVACY & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor via email. Participants may opt out at any time. By providing a mobile phone number, participants expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Sponsor. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or winning. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
